What is it and who is it for?
- This plumbing maintenance plan is geared towards property managers, hotel and business managers, or clients with vacation rentals.
- The plan is tailored to meet the individual needs of the client, as it allows for coverage of multiple units/properties, all included in one low monthly rate.

Let us take care of your plumbing needs at a fraction of the cost, and still get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner.
What does it cost and what will I get?
- Cost for the plan is $25 per month, and $10 per month for each additional add-on. (Only $5 per month for each additional add-on over 10 units.)
- Includes an annual in-house maintenance inspection of all plumbing fixtures and connections.
- 24-hour emergency service guaranteed! We will be there when you need us most. We guarantee same-day service without the high premium.
- As a member, you don’t even pay a service fee! You will be billed a discounted hourly rate, plus you receive great service.
- Receive a 10% discount on all materials!
- Receive a 15% discount on all services! Replace a water heater or update your fixtures. Discounts apply to all labor costs on regularly scheduled services.
What do I do to sign up?
- Fill out the form below to sign up for the Readyman Services Hooponopono Maintenance Package. After filling it out, click “Send” to email it to us. As soon as we hear from you, we’ll schedule a site visit where we can review your plumbing needs and have you fill out the necessary paperwork.
