Rhonda Denigris

Rhonda Denigris was born in Joliet, IL.  Her family moved to a tiny town in Colorado called Pinecliffe (about 45 miles above Boulder) when she was 6. She lived in Pinecliffe for about 25 years, working in fast food restaurants and as a “main cashier” at a casino — a job that was fun but required many long hours. She eventually met her husband, got married, and they had a beautiful daughter.

At that point, she decided to pursue a “real” career and began working as a teller in the local bank, quickly climbing the ladder to become a loan officer. (In her own words, she “gets kind of geeky with numbers.”) Once Colorado real estate got out of hand, they sold their house and moved to Northeast Washington State (for no particular reason – it just sounded pretty!). She worked for Microsoft for 5 years as Program Manager, running many of their event recruitment projects as well as some of their partner program projects.

In Washington, Rhonda and her husband Alfred (who also works for Readyman Services) met Bill Kimball, Ryan’s father. Alfred worked with Bill indirectly. During the beginning of the current “Economic Crisis”, Bill told Alfred about Readyman Services and mentioned that Ryan could use some help for a few months. So Alfred left for Kauai. He called daily to tell Rhonda how beautiful the island was and described the true meaning of the “Aloha” that Ryan had showed him. So 10 months later, she and her daughter packed up, sold the house and most of their belongings, and flew to Hawaii to begin a new life. She fell in love with Kauai immediately! And the rest, as they say, is history…

Rhonda recently joined the Readyman team as their Sales & Maintenance Plan Specialist, a position which will free Ryan from the office so that he has more time to implement his years of plumbing experience in the field.
